I'm addicted with seafood, specially mussels! This time I make a plate of fried rice, mixed with mussels.
Ingredients:
- A plate of rice
- 1 egg
- 100gr mushrooms
- 2 beef sausages, sliced thickly
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 100gr mussels
- 2tbs red pepper
- 1tbs pepper
- 1/2 tbs salt
- 1tbs salty soy (I use Kikkoman Japanese soy sauce)
- 1tbs butter
- 3tbs olive oil
Heat the olive oil in the skillet, fry egg and scramble it, add in the whole ingredients with mussels and sausages too, then add in the rice. Keep frying until they mix well and turn brown.
I use a lot of mussels and onions.. It's pretty simple on how to cook it, this is an easy fast cooking ;)
